The new Galaxy Grand will be sold in early 2013 under the Samsung GT-i9080 reference for model 1 and SIM Samsung GT-i9082 model for DUAL SIM (2 chips). As for the price, nothing specific, but in terms of mid-range smartphone, it will take around 400 euros naked.
